Why is there a setup fee?
We are wiring a real employee into your phone system, inboxes, PMS, practice tools, and guardrails. The setup fee covers that discovery, prompt and agent training, hardware provisioning (for self-hosted), and compliance reviews so the very first shift is useful.
What’s included in the monthly support?

Can we switch hosting models later?
